Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver welcoming, efficient service and drive guest satisfaction. You will engage with guests, assist with product and service inquiries, and help guests use Target Wallet and the Target App.

Training will prepare you to handle shifts via the myTime app, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and a positive guest experience. Flexibility is key: pick up shifts, work weekends or holidays, and respond to contact attempts as needed.
