Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in the United States. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders and scheduled through the myTime app. You will attend a Welcome orientation and then schedule shifts to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about store products and services to resolve guest issues.
• Scan and bag all items efficiently and accurately, following safety standards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with restocking when needed.
