Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for the On-Demand Team Member role. Starting hourly rate is $19.25 USD, with the flexibility to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app.

You will attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training schedule to prepare for the role. As a Guest Advocate, you will assist guests, promote loyalty programs, and help with drive-up orders, returns, and everyday store tasks.

• You enjoy interacting and helping guests and team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active role requiring teamwork and flexibility.
• You are open to flexible work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that prioritizes the guest experience and adheres to the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs in a welcoming manner.
• Know store tools and products to resolve guest issues and improve experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Operate cash register, scan items, and bag groceries efficiently and accurately with food safety considerations.
• Assist with order pick up, drive up, and registry guests and ensure a positive experience.
