Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly service and help guests with checkout, product questions, and store services. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, maintain a welcoming store presence, and support orders and drive-up services when needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
• Work quickly to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry.
