Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest service initiatives and store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like with shifts posted by leaders or other team members, using the myTime scheduling app to choose hours that fit your schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you are not guaranteed a posted weekly schedule, and attendance is important. Orientation and short-term training will prepare you for the role, with ongoing shift opportunities through the scheduling
