Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly, efficient service in our store. You will support guests, explain loyalty programs, and help with pick-up, drive-up, and registry services while you build a welcoming experience.

As an On‑Demand TM, you choose shifts via the myTime app; hours vary by store needs, with a minimum engagement to stay active. Training is provided through a welcome orientation, after which you’ll schedule shifts that fit your life.
