Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to enhance guest experiences in our Florida stores. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

You will also handle scanning, bagging, and checkout tasks with accuracy, while maintaining a positive, service-first attitude. The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and the ability to stay mobile and engaged in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Able to stand and perform physical tasks in a store environment.
