Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests and build a friendly shopping experience at our Florida store. You will select shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with a flexible schedule that adapts to store needs and shift availability.

Reliability and attendance are essential to success in this role. As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, assist with finding items, explain loyalty and app features, and support other team members while maintaining store standards.
