Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience in our Florida stores. You will work a flexible schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, attend a Welcome orientation, and perform duties to support guest services and store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product needs, scanning purchases, and maintaining a clean sales floor. The role requires reliable attendance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, active work environment and multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently, complying with safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with register operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up and respond to store needs as directed.
