Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate at our Orlando store. You will greet guests, help them find items, and provide friendly, efficient service while contributing to store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about helping customers and maintaining a friendly store environment.
• Able to handle a fast-paced, active role and physically flexible for stocking and assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers as needed.
• Demonstrate a service culture and uphold Target's service standards.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely per policies.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
