Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in Florida to help guests and support store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or peers via the MyTime scheduling app. Attendance and prompt communication are essential, and a short orientation will prepare you for the role.

As a Guest Advocate, you will assist guests, promote services, scan and bag items, and help ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and service mindset.
• Able to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn and use Target systems and apps.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle transactions per policies.
