Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and ensure smooth checkouts using POS and scanning devices.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests to create a welcoming experience
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and use store technology and scanning devices

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, Inspiring guest experience with friendly interactions
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft distances, guiding and assisting as needed
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• Close each guest interaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed
