Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to support guests in store and drive engagement with Target’s services. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, participate in orientation, and maintain reliable attendance to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, assist with products, explain loyalty programs, and help with Order Pick Up and Drive Up services while upholding safety and service standards. Flexible hours and a dynamic, guest‑centered environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard and handling transactions accurately
• Promote and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and other services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and respond to guest needs with a positive attitude
• Be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to meet store needs
