Job summary

Target in Wasilla is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service in a busy store environment. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, answer questions, and support checkout with accuracy while promoting Target’s loyalty programs and services.

Shifts vary and you create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or peers via the myTime app. You must respond promptly to contact, attend a Welcome orientation, and commit to a minimum of four

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products and answering questions.
• Provide friendly, efficient checkout support and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist with Drive-Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and help peers as required.
