Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming checkout experience and provide friendly, efficient service across the store. This role offers a flexible schedule where shifts are picked via the myTime app and attendance is essential to keep stores running smoothly.

You will greet guests, answer questions, explain benefits, and help with checkout, returns, and drive-up or order pickup services while upholding Target’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support with Drive Up, Order Pickup, and other guest services as needed.
