Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with guests, assist with product selection, and promote Target services, loyalty programs, and digital tools.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, and to respond promptly to store needs. Training will be provided, and you will use the Target app and scanners to serve guests across OPU, Drive Up, and in-store

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Explain and promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests.
• Assist with drive-up, order pickup, and registry services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and collaborate with team members.
