Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with their shopping experience in our store. You will create a welcoming environment, assist with questions, and promote Target services and loyalty programs.

You will pick up shifts through the myTime app, with schedules that vary by store needs. A strong focus on reliability, flexible availability, and customer service excellence is required, with orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues.
• Explain benefits of Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Provide support for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
