Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM). You can work as much or as little as you like, with schedules that vary by shift and store needs.

You will pick up shifts through the myTime app, and must respond to contact attempts and meet a minimum shift requirement to stay employed. As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests with needs, greet, assist with checkout, explain loyalty programs and fulfillment services, and support your team to deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Guest Advocate, greet guests and create an easy, inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist guests by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them to products and services.
• Explain Target Loyalty programs, Wallet, and pickup/delivery options to guests.
