Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver outstanding guest experiences in-store. You will greet guests, help them locate items, explain store services, process returns and support drive-up, pickup and registry activities.

A flexible schedule, strong communication and a friendly attitude are essential. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your own schedule via the myTime app, attend orientation, and commit to available shifts to help stores meet guest needs.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, and maintain a friendly, helpful interaction throughout.
• Assist with returns, order pickup, drive-up and other guest services following Target policies.
