ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts posted via our myTime mobile app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Upon being offered the position, attendance at a Target Welcome orientation and participation in structured training are mandatory. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that fit your availability.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guests are welcomed, thanked, and their needs are exceeded through knowledgeable and friendly service. You will promote store capabilities, drive adoption of digital features, and ensure quick, easy shopping experiences at checkouts, guest services, gift registry, and order pickups.

Skills developed in this role include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge, all contributing to a positive guest experience.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Promote Target loyalty programs and digital services
• Support order pickup and drive-up services, maintaining safety and compliance
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies
• Follow safety policies and support cash office operations as needed
