All about On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled regularly but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement by working shifts and responding to contact attempts is required. Failure to respond or work at least one shift within 4-6 months may lead to employment termination.
During training, you'll attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured training schedule. Afterward, you can select shifts using the myTime app.
