All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role involves picking up shifts via our myTime app, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining active engagement to avoid employment termination. Regular attendance and at least one shift every 4-6 months are required.

Role Overview: As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, operating scanners, supporting order pick-up and drive-up services, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For: Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a helpful attitude. Skills in problem-solving, engaging guests, and operating technology are preferred.

Basic Requirements: Ability to lift up to 44 pounds, flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable attendance, and active participation in shift scheduling. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments is necessary.
