ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled regularly but can create your own schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required.

Regular attendance and responding to communication are necessary. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. Flexibility can be granted for personal circumstances.

Successful candidates will attend an orientation and training before using the myTime app to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction and recovery, promoting store and digital services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and promoting store offerings.

Typical responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates enjoy a dynamic environment, excel at guest service, and are comfortable interacting with people all day. They should be proactive, team-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced tasks with attention to detail.

Basic skills include effective communication, focus, helpful attitude, multitasking, and familiarity with technology tools.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Handling cash operations accurately and supporting cash office tasks.
• Moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active engagement in shift pickup via myTime app every 4 weeks.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and remain mobile during shifts.
