About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement, including picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) are mandatory to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support various guest services including order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
• Promote Target’s loyalty programs and digital features.
• Follow safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds.
