About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid administrative termination. Training and orientation will be provided upon hiring.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, promoting store services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, providing product and service information, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean work area.
