You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and responding to contact attempts are necessary, with minimum work requirements every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at various service points.

• Supporting safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures
