Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experience in our store. You may pick up shifts via the myTime app, with schedules created by leaders or other team members.

Reliability, flexibility, and a customer-first attitude are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role. You’ll receive training and have opportunities to learn about loyalty programs, drive-up, order pickup, and other services that help guests shop easily.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at different touchpoints and assist with finding items or resolving issues
• Help guests before, during, and after checkout to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Deliver courteous service and thank guests at the end of each transaction
• Be flexible, adapt to guest needs, and support team members as needed
• Promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests as appropriate
