Job summary

ERC Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a reliable dispatcher for a busy courier and trucking operation in the Chicagoland area. This role requires evening shifts from 2pm to 10pm on weekdays and rotating Saturdays, coordinating orders, drivers, and client communications.

You will monitor routes, provide status updates, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Qualifications include at least 2 years as a dispatcher, shipping/receiving knowledge, data-entry experience, strong English skills, and

• Proficient in the Geography of the Greater Chicagoland Area.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Experience in data entry.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and the geographical area.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• High school diploma.
