Qualifications

• 1+ years of traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis.
• 1+ years navigating onchain transactions, DeFi liquidity pools, and cross‑chain bridges.
• Proficiency in data management (Excel, DBs) with some scripting (Python, JS).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fund flows: coordinate stablecoin settlements, oversee tokenized share issuance, manage smart contract interactions, and operate MPC wallet workflows.
• Manage DeFi liquidity & routing: direct cross‑chain liquidity and connect tokenized RWA products to DeFi protocols; navigate Sky, Aave, Morpho.
• Build intelligent monitoring: design reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems; analyze wallet activity and token flows; monitor liquidity and regulatory reporting.
