Deciml is seeking a Portfolio Manager for its Credit Fund to own the fund's on-chain, multi-strategy allocations and lead the end-to-end investment cycle.

You will source, underwrite, select, monitor, and rebalance positions across DeFi and on‑chain yield strategies, with the full support of the co-founders, a security engineer, CFO, and legal counsel. This role offers high ownership and the chance to scale the fund toward substantial AUM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing active DeFi portfolios and non-directional on-chain yield strategies.
• Direct responsibility for portfolio performance and coordinating objectives.
• Proven ability to source differentiated alpha and yield on-chain.
• Deep practical knowledge of DeFi risks and core stack (AMMs, lending, derivatives).

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio allocations across a multi‑strategy DeFi and on‑chain book.
• Lead end-to-end investment cycle: sourcing, underwriting, selection, monitoring, and rebalancing.
• Collaborate with co-founders, a DeFi security engineer, CFO, legal counsel, and Head of Lending.
