Qualifications

• Ability to participate in blood borne pathogens training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, repair, and replace electrical lighting fixtures and controls.
• Maintain, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Repair and replace structural woodwork and perform building repairs.
• Install and maintain fire extinguishers and assist with inventory.
