Job summary

Boston Collegiate Charter School in Dorchester, MA is seeking an In-House Substitute to join the Operations team. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports daily school operations, including lunch coverage and testing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in an urban public school or charter school setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• On-campus from 7:00–4:00 daily, subbing up to 6 periods out of 7, including pull-out testing services for students with IEPs.
• Assume responsibility for and coverage of students outside the classroom as needed.
• Assist the Operations Team with daily tasks such as serving lunch and administrative duties.
