Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a Student Employee for StarZone to deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective students. The role involves clerical support within the Student Affairs Division and reporting to the Enrollment Support Specialists Manager.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, answering phones, routing calls, and assisting with group visits and division initiatives. You may be assigned to Downtown or West Campus with on-campus presence required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at LCC with 6+ credits (Fall/Spring)
• Summer 3+ credits minimum
• 2.00 GPA minimum unless waiver
• Active pursuing a degree at Lansing Community College
• International students must meet credit requirements each semester

Responsibilities

• Enter inquiries into the StarZone queue for follow-up
• Answer and route phone calls and fulfill information requests
• Assist with group visits and events as needed
• Support Enrollment Support Specialist on division initiatives
• Perform assigned clerical tasks and customer service duties
