Job summary

Lansing Community College seeks Student Workers to help deliver friendly customer service at the East Lansing Extension Center. You will provide clerical support and assist with student service needs while helping faculty with classroom equipment and preparation.

Regular on-campus presence is expected, with possible flexible/hybrid schedules as approved. You must be a current LCC student meeting credit requirements and be eligible to work in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student meeting minimum credit requirements per semester.
• Ability to provide clerical support and handle customer inquiries.
• Wamiliar with campus safety and emergency procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to campus visitors and students.
• Assist with general clerical tasks for the extension center.
• Support faculty with classroom equipment and preparation.
• Monitor building via video system and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain a welcoming learning environment on campus.
