East Carolina University is seeking an Hourly Student Employment - Student Retention Coach to reach out to students by phone and support their academic persistence. The position is on-campus and requires maintaining a good standing as a student with a minimum GPA of 2.0.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, shows empathy, and can establish rapport with students to encourage continued engagement with academic success services. Pay ranges from $10.00 to $11.50 per hour, non-exempt under FLSA.
