Job summary

East Carolina University is seeking several Student Employees for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms to support the Pirate Tutoring program. Roles include Academic Tutors, Front Desk Support, and Tech Support, with on-campus duties and online assistance available Monday through Friday.

All majors are welcome; tutoring requires a 3.0 GPA and an A in the course to tutor. Faculty recommendations may be requested on your behalf, and relocation within NC is not required.

Qualifications

All majors welcome to apply.
For tutoring roles, GPA must be 3.0 or higher and earned an A in the course(s) they wish to tutor.
PASC staff will request a faculty recommendation on your behalf.

Responsibilities

Tutor students in various disciplines, providing support on campus and online.
Take Front Desk and Tech Support duties as needed.
Position runs for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 with weekday availability.
