Job summary

Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. The role focuses on delivering partnership commitments, supporting game day execution, and handling sponsorship fulfillment with a high level of organization.

You will assist with gameday operations, signage setup, promotional displays, and client activations, while preparing proposals and using PowerPoint for presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet a gameday/event-driven schedule.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support on-campus operations and sponsor fulfillment.
• Assist with gameday and event operations, including signage and displays.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Support reporting, data entry and basic analysis with proprietary systems.
• Coordinate with athletics staff and promotions team on partner interactions.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
• Assist with gameday program sales.
• Support additional projects as needed.
