Job summary

Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for the University of Oklahoma. This role handles gameday execution, sponsorship fulfillment, setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas, and promotional displays while delivering professional representation on campus.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to coordinate with athletics staff and Learfield's Sports Properties team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional representative of Learfield on campus and maintain relationships with university partners.
• Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays.
• Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, handouts, contests).
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis.
• Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist client interactions.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
• Assist with gameday program sales.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
