Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This role focuses on day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating assets, and assisting with gameday operations to deliver memorable sponsor activations.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of Learfield and the property.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in‑game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on‑site execution.
• Provide proof‑of‑performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
