Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team on campus. You will execute day-to-day sponsorship fulfillment, track assets, and support gameday operations while coordinating with university contacts and brand partners.

This role emphasizes logistics, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve sponsor goals. A fast-paced environment and collaboration across departments are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field is preferred (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure assets are delivered.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements.
• Gameday operations support including setup, signage, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for partnership elements.
• Support administrative tasks like budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
