Job summary

Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering on-site sponsorship fulfillment, coordinating gameday logistics, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure successful events.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as athletic events occur.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and positive representative on campus for Learfield and ensure interactions reflect well on the property and school.
• Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and support reporting/data entry in proprietary systems.
• Coordinate communications with athletics staff and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client interactions.
