Job summary

SWOSU College of Pharmacy is seeking a Housing Coordinator in Weatherford to supervise daily residence hall operations and coordinate crises response. You will report to the Residence Life & Housing leadership and ensure accurate reporting and program delivery on campus.

The role includes on-campus housing, 12-month appointment, and exempt, full-time status with a base salary of $43,888 and an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or senior status.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the designated residence hall’s daily functions.
• Be on-call for crises and emergencies.
• Assist in staff recruitment and training of new employees.
• Complete required reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain and oversee the Hall’s Activity Funds budget.
• Engage in recruitment and enrollment support efforts.
