Responsibilities

• Enforce federal/state laws and SWOSU regulations.
• Prevent crime and protect campus property.
• Issue traffic citations to ensure safe flow of traffic.
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols of campus grounds.
• Assist individuals with vehicle breakdowns and directions.
• Assist in evacuations during emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Report infractions to proper authorities and maintain visibility.
• Represent SWOSU positively on campus and on committees.
• Notify supervisors of equipment or safety procedure issues.
• Attend required safety trainings and maintain punctual attendance.
• Travel as required for job duties and maintain valid driver license.
