Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of progressively responsible related experience, or master’s degree and at least three (3) years of related experience, preferably in higher education, student affairs, graduate education, student engagement, or a related field.
• Experience developing, managing, and assessing programs or events with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with University faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead graduate programming and events across multiple schools and campuses.
• Oversee budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications for Capitol Campus initiatives.
• Advise student organizations and support leadership development.
• Measure impact and report on program outcomes.
