Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.

• No prior relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and reliability to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Configure and install routers, switches, and firewalls for secure access.
• Conduct regular network assessments to evaluate security and vulnerabilities.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for a knowledge base.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on network issues.
• Stay informed about networking technologies and best practices.
• Plan and execute network upgrades with vendors to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
