Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Responds to network service interruptions.
  • Installs new network devices.
  • Designs, implements, and manages WAN and Optical infrastructure.
  • Works with vendors to obtain quotes and procure parts.
  • Schedules network maintenance.
  • Configures and troubleshoots networking equipment.
  • Monitors network utilization trends and analyzes data.
  • Provides consultation and support to stakeholders.
  • Works on a 24-hour on-call rotation for network emergencies.
