Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Network+, CCNA) preferred.
• Higher education or enterprise IT experience preferred.
• Exposure to cloud networking technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of network equipment, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and network access control systems.
• Monitor network performance, including traffic, capacity, and utilization, and assist in identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and service outages.
• Install, maintain, and support structured cabling systems, including fiber-optic and copper infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and equipment inventories.
• Perform routine system maintenance, hardware upgrades, and equipment support.
• Assist with the implementation of network projects and infrastructure enhancements.
• Support network security initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity efforts.
