Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. in Waco, Texas is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to drive leases and renewals through peer engagement, greet residents, and support daily office operations.

You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and represent The Outpost on and off campus. The role requires rotating nights and weekends, a 12+ hour weekly schedule, and a strong commitment to service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at local university and resident status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and renewals through peer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct property tours and represent the property on/off campus.
• Support day-to-day office operations and turnover procedures.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and after-hours lockouts.
• Maintain the property grounds and common areas.
