Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries about leasing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Assist with day-to-day property operations and events.
• Support turnover activities and after-hours lockouts when assigned.
• Promote the community on campus and off campus as a property ambassador.
