Job summary

The Tailwind Group in Texas is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for The Outpost student housing in Waco. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and support day-to-day office operations to drive leasing and occupancy goals.

This role is fully in‑office, with a maximum of 29.5 hours per week, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma is required, with current university enrollment highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Enrollment at local university highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours and present leasing options.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects via phone, text and email.
• Assist day-to-day property operations and turnover during busy periods.
• Open/close office and maintain office standards.
